The church meets at the following times each week:

Sunday morning: 9:30 Bible Class and 10:30 Worship
Sunday evening: 6:00 Worship
Wednesday evening: 7:00 Bible Study

Donnie McGhee became their full-time minister in June 2002. He is a 1996 graduate of the East Tennessee School of Preaching and Missions. He and his wife Tamara have been married 29 years and have two sons, Adam and Jason. They currently live in Grandy, North Carolina.

This began as a result of a couple of our member families who vacation together in that area during the summer. Over the years, our members have helped out by teaching and preaching while the Seaside congregation was looking for a more permanent evangelist.

The Lord's church began meeting on the Outer Banks of North Carolina in 1987. Meeting originally in the Kitty Hawk school, the congregation now has seven families and, during the summer, attendance soars to over 100.
